Peddamma Talli temple is located on the way of Khammam to Badhrachalam and the exactly situated in Jagannada Puram village,palvancha Mandal, kothagudem district, Telangana state.this is a very famous temple in palvancha.People come across from the Khammam district to get darshan of goddess Kanaka Durga (Peddamma Talli).The temple exactly located 4.5 km away from palvancha bus stand.This temple situated beside NH 221 main road.Recently government also recognized this temple and arranged local bus facility.

Palvancha Peddamma Talli Temple History

long ago, this is a thick forest area with wild animals.as stories say, one tiger lives here under the Tamarindus tree.even people used to walk via that way, but it won’t hurts or kill anyone.villages were considered that tiger as goddess Peddamma Talli and they constructed a small temple with placing her idol inside.day by day temple was developed and became as a village goddess.

  • There is a tradition here is animal sacrifices, villagers strongly believe that giving animal sacrifices will be the better worship of the goddess.200 ft away there is an animal sacrifices place.
